Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 45 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact our customer service team at support@deviolin.com. We will guide you on how to return the item and send it back to our warehouse(Address: C/O 2125 Gateway Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048). We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount upon completion.


Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in original packaging with no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
  • All included materials must be present (case, accessories, etc.)
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only.


Non-Returnable Items

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Opened/used consumables:
    ✔ Cleaning solutions ✔ Polishers ✔ Rosin
    ✔ Strings ✔ Earplugs ✔ Polishing cloths ✔ Cleaning kits
  • Returned merchandise with damages, broken parts, or that are otherwise considered non-sellable are non-returnable.


How to Return an Item

  • Initiate Request: Email support@deviolin.com with:
    • Order number
    • List of items to return
  • Await Verification: We’ll confirm eligibility within 2 business days, please wait for us to contact you and go over the return.
  • Ship Back: Ship the package back to us following the given instructions. In most cases we can provide a return label.


Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse a delivery, miss your delivery appointment(s), provide an inaccurate/non-deliverable address, it is considered Refusal of Delivery. If an item is refused upon delivery for any reason other than showing obvious signs of damage, you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping cost.


International Returns

Internationally shipped items can only be returned/refunded on a case-by-case basis. If an item is returned and is in resellable condition, we will refund the cost of the item. Refund of shipping fees is only possible in a situation where we are at fault (e.g. we shipped to an address other than the given address).
